One of my favorite products related to sleeping problems is my Visco memory foam mattress topper. I’m sure you have all seen the commercials by now where they drop all sorts of stuff on the visco mattress and the glass of red wine sitting on it doesn’t spill.

I was very skeptical about a foam mattress at first because I always wondered how a mattress could effect my sleep quality. Eventually I just gave in and bought one because I was simply tired of being tired all the time.

To my surprise, this product exceeding my expectations at every level. My only complaint about it is that it makes it a heck of a lot harder to get out of bed in the morning.

3, 5, 8, or 12 inch topper?

I personally recommend buying a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper vs. a 5, 8, or 12 inch topper. The 3 inch is the cheapest and has the best value compared to the others. Yes, a 12 inch foam top would be amazing, but unless you got $1000 to drop on it, then forget about it! 3 does the job perfectly in my opinion.

Where to buy them?

Forget buying them at the retail store, it will cost you an arm an a leg. I recommend buying your pad from Amazon.
