When I was younger in my teens, I had a really bad case of teeth grinding, to the point where I started to noticed random chips and divots in my teeth. SleepTracker Pro - A watch that monitors your sleeping habits while you sleep.

The SleepTracker Pro sleep monitor watch is the one item that I have been looking for, for a very long time but have never been able to find. I have always wanted something that can monitor the exact moment I fall asleep and which will also wake me up after I have achieved optimal sleep. The cool thing about this watch is that is physically senses when you have hit the ultimate amount of sleep and wakes you up by vibrating - this thing really vibrates so there is practically no way you can sleep through it.

This thing does pretty much what sleep centers do but you can do it yourself at will. The amount of data that it collects is really useful in helping you find the right solution to getting the best nights sleep. Forget going to the sleep center to be monitored by scientists while you sleep…it’s just creepy.

One negative about this Sleep Monitoring Watch

The only thing that is bad about this watch is that it is the ugliest watch you’ll ever see. I wouldn’t be caught dead wearing this thing - only asleep ;) I basically only wear it when going to bed but that is all it was intended to be worn as - not some beautiful fashionable watch that you wear out in public.

Best Visco Memory Foam Mattress Toppers - Twin, Queen, King, Full Size

foam-mattress1One of my favorite products related to sleeping problems is my Visco memory foam mattress topper. I’m sure you have all seen the commercials by now where they drop all sorts of stuff on the visco mattress and the glass of red wine sitting on it doesn’t spill.

I was very skeptical about a foam mattress at first because I always wondered how a mattress could effect my sleep quality. Eventually I just gave in and bought one because I was simply tired of being tired all the time.

To my surprise, this product exceeding my expectations at every level. My only complaint about it is that it makes it a heck of a lot harder to get out of bed in the morning.

3, 5, 8, or 12 inch topper?

I personally recommend buying a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper vs. a 5, 8, or 12 inch topper. The 3 inch is the cheapest and has the best value compared to the others. Yes, a 12 inch foam top would be amazing, but unless you got $1000 to drop on it, then forget about it! 3 does the job perfectly in my opinion.

Where to buy them?

Forget buying them at the retail store, it will cost you an arm an a leg. I recommend buying your pad from Amazon.
